Bagi seorang pekerja front desk hotel, interaksi antara resepsionis dan tamu hotel adalah hal yang sangat umum. Namun, bagi sebagian orang, terutama yang mungkin baru pertama kali menghadapi tamu hotel berbahasa Inggris, percakapan ini bisa jadi sedikit membingungkan. 3. Tamu Menanyakan Fasilitas Hotel

Contoh 1:

Tamu:
“Good morning! Could you tell me more about the hotel amenities?”

Resepsionis:
“Of course! We have a gym, a spa, and an indoor swimming pool. Our breakfast buffet is served from 7 to 10 AM.”

Tamu:
“That sounds great. What time does the gym open?”

Resepsionis:

4. Tamu Ingin Merubah atau Membatalkan Reservasi

Resepsionis:
“Let me assist you with that. What dates would you like to change to?”

Tamu:
“Can you move it to the week after?”

Resepsionis:

5. Tamu Ingin Melakukan Check-Out

6. Tamu Melakukan Komplain

Resepsionis:
“I apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll have our maintenance team check it immediately. Would you like to move to another room?”

Tamu:
“Yes, that would be great.”

Resepsionis:
“I’m very sorry to hear that. Could you tell me more about the issue so we can address it?”

Tamu:
“The room hasn’t been cleaned properly.”
