This first example is related to the applicant’s self-introduction.
Interviewer: Good afternoon David. Welcome to XYZ company. My name is Sam.
Interviewee: Good afternoon Sir, thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet with you today.
Interviewer: Likewise, please take a seat. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Interviewee: Yes, thank you for giving me the chance to introduce myself. My name is David Suprapto and I am a fresh graduate from Padjadjaran University who majored in IT. I have an internship experience at PT XYZ Indonesia as an SEO Specialist and I am seeking a company to which I can contribute while also expanding my knowledge about SEO.

Interviewer: Can you tell me what you know about being a Graphic Designer?
Interviewee: As a Graphic Designer, I am responsible for making designs that effectively communicate the brand’s values, vision, and mission to the target audience. My goal is also to make designs that captivate the eye and make the brand memorable for the target audience.
Interviewer: Do you have any strategies in creating a good Graphic Design?
Interviewee: To create a good design, I use theories such as color theory, composition and other related things to effectively communicate the messages of the brand. The gestalt theory in particular can be very useful in creating unique designs. I also follow Graphic Design trends in order to follow what interests the public in the current setting.
Interviewer: Wonderful. Can you explain to me why you’re interested in joining ABC studio?
Interviewee: I am interested in joining ABC studio as I would love to contribute to such a prestigious company which won plenty of design awards. With ABC studio’s vast portfolio, I believe it can also be a great place for me to learn and grow as a Graphic Designer.

Now, the English interview dialogue below shows an interview focusing on the applicant’s personality, specifically their strengths and weaknesses.
Interviewer: So, Carlos, can you tell me some of your strengths and weaknesses?
Interviewee: Regarding my strength, my colleagues have said that I am collaborative and also a creative person, being able to lead a project of 5 people and communicate various ideas during my previous role. I am also hard-working, as I don’t mind working long hours and taking on various tasks at the same time. As for my weakness, I am slightly forgetful. However, I make up for that by carrying my notes everywhere I go so I always remember what I need to do.
Interviewer: Excellent. Do you prefer working independently or with a team?
Interviewee: I believe collaboration can produce efficient results, so a team. However, I am also capable of working independently.

Example Conversation 4
Interviewer: “Can you tell me about yourself and your experience in customer service?”
Candidate: “Certainly! I have over three years of experience working in customer service at XYZ Company. My role involved handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. I am passionate about helping customers and ensuring they have a positive experience.”
Interviewer: “How do you handle a difficult customer?”
Candidate: “When dealing with a difficult customer, I stay calm and listen actively to their concerns. I empathize with their situation and assure them that I am there to help. I then work on finding a solution that addresses their issue while keeping company policies in mind. For instance, if a customer is upset about a delayed order, I would apologize sincerely and provide them with an updated delivery estimate.”
Interviewer: “What motivates you to work as a customer service representative?”
Candidate: “I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s day. Knowing that I can assist and resolve any issues or questions they might have is very fulfilling for me. Additionally, I enjoy learning from each interaction and using those experiences to improve my skills.”
